Don’t see a date/time that works? Join the Waitlist. Click Add to Wait List on your preferred therapist’s schedule (or the clinic schedule). Choose your date range and the days/times you’re available.

Policies & billing

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule; late changes are billed at the full session fee.

We direct bill almost every insurer (coverage varies by plan). Sessions are offered in person in Pickering, and from November 1 at our new Ajax office, as well as virtually across Ontario.

We aim to make getting support clear, timely, and respectful of your goals.

📍 WE’RE MOVING TO AJAX

Our last day seeing clients in Pickering is October 18, 2026. Both Pickering locations, 1970 Brock Road and 1315 Pickering Parkway, will close that day.

From Monday, October 19, 2026, all in-person sessions will be at our new office: 567 Kingston Road West, Ajax, ON.

If you already have an in-person appointment booked for November or later, it will simply take place in Ajax. There is nothing you need to change.

Parking will be free and shared between staff and clients. Please use the front entrance; there will be no access from the back.

Please note: the Ajax office is not wheelchair accessible. If that is a barrier for you, call us at 289-408-5073 and we will arrange virtual sessions or another option.

Virtual appointments are not affected by the move.
